Job Description:

• Real World Technologies, Inc. has an opening for the position of UX Researcher (Ref# UXR104PE) to work in Wixom, MI and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.  Conduct quantitative and qualitative user experience (UX) research.  Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate UX research topics.  Plan and implement UX research strategies and methodologies. Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written and oral presentations.  Use brainstorming sessions with a team of user researchers to capture the personas of different target groups for different projects.  Present results and analysis in a research report to key stakeholders. Lead the user research of different service-level projects.  Responsible for UX design.  Support systems design by working with the digital service team to design and scale clients digital services for diverse communities of users.  Design for both the target user experience and clients ability to implement and scale.  Serve as an advisor on UX to the greater digital team in developing systems. Involved in user acceptance testing (UAT), building and running test to confirm the service or product meets user and stakeholder needs.  Check the operating environment to make sure test results are valid.  Facilitate research sessions with users.  Solve user issues and be an active advocate of the UX in various projects and clients.  Travel and/or relocation required.

• Real World Technologies, Inc. has an opening for a Software Developer (Ref# SD112AS) to work in Wixom, MI and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.  Job Duties:  As part of a team, design, develop, implement, test, and maintain computer applications software including client/server and web-based applications, and major enhancements of existing systems, using Microsoft .NET technologies and Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture.  Assist in all phases of the software development life-cycle (SDLC), interacting with the different business departments.  Perform functional and system-level requirements analysis within the Agile (Scrum) software development methodology.  Responsible for designing and developing ASP.Net MVC, SharePoint applications, and web services.  Develop applications with Microsoft web technologies using C#, ASP.Net MVC, ASP.Net, SAML, Web Services, T-SQL, PL/SQL, Entity Framework, LINQ, WCF, jQuery, AngularJS, Kendo UI controls, and XML grammar and parsing.  Design and develop the front-end user interface (UI).  Perform development using SQL Server and/or Oracle relational databases, creating complex database queries, writing constraints, indexes, views, stored procedures, and functions.  Design and implement SharePoint sites and workflow.  Deploy, configure, and maintain the web sites and services.  Involved in supporting software management and debugging practices in .NET Framework.  Provide production support.  Use of C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net, ASP.Net MVC, ADO.Net, Entity Framework, LINQ, WCF, Web Services, AngularJS, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, XML, SAML, AJAX, Silverlight, Kendo UI, PL/SQL, T-SQL, SQL Server, Oracle, SharePoint, UNIX, and Windows.  Travel and/or relocation required.
